Returns and Exchanges

     Please enclose a detailed repair request, your contact information, and the original sales invoice.  We recommend that you package the item securely and ship it via insured mail.  Please allow approximately 2 weeks for a repair assessment.  Detailed repair information and a repair charge estimate will be sent to you once the assessment has been completed.  Most damage due to normal wear and tear will be fixed complimentary, though we reserve the right to determine what constitutes normal wear and tear versus user damage.   


     For online purchases, Bianca Pratt Jewelry will accept merchandise in its original condition for credit when accompanied by the original packaging and original sales invoice.  Please note that we cannot accept jewelry that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. Understandably, all custom made items cannot be accepted for returns or exchange (such as nameplates, initials, etc.) They are final sale.  

     Should you decide to return a purchase for credit, you must notify Bianca Pratt Jewelry directly at and ship merchandise back within 10 days of receiving your order. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded.  

     Please note that items purchased through third party retailers must be returned or exchanged directly through their website or store.   Bianca Pratt Jewelry recommends that you ship merchandise via FedEx, UPS or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment.  Bianca Pratt Jewelry will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
